The St Croix Club consists of three beachfront mid-rise buildings, each with twelve living units. Since only one interior wall is shared by the units on each floor, there are three exposures from each residence, providing views of both Gulf and Bay. Parking is covered, and one space is assigned. Amenities include a beachfront swimming pool, picnic area, and vehicle wash
No pets. One rental is allowed per year, for a minimum term of 180 days.
