Regency Towers

Regency Towers was built after Hurricane Donna swept across SW Florida. All walls and floors in the building have been built double code standards, and thus the structure is extremely durable. All units come with a single under building parking space, except penthouses (four in all) which come with two. Most units in both eight-story towers provide excellent gulf views, especially those in the west tower.

Recent (2008) additions include a new pool deck. Pets and rentals not allowed. Regency Towers is adjacent to the Vedado beach access point, giving some buffer space to the south and improving views.
