All 21 residences at the beachfront Lions Gate condominium feature views of the Gulf of Mexico. Amenities include a beachfront pool, community room, bike storage, library, and exercise room. Residents receive at least one covered parking space, with additional parking available.
In 2004, new windows were installed in all units. In addition, recent updates includes new roofing and sky lights. No pets are allowed. Rentals are allowed once a year, for at least a 90-day term.
