Admiralty Point 2 (East) is on the very tip of the Moorings development. It borders both Moorings Bay and Doctors Pass. Admiralty Point 2 also shares 10 acres of well-manicured grounds with Admiralty Point 1 (West). All apartments have unobstucted views of the bay, with the upper floors having both gulf and bay views. Boat slips are available for lease, with 24 total. All parking is underground for residents, and some units even have single garages with doors. The living area is comfortable, with the 2 bed/2 bath units having around 1,1515 square feet and the larger units coming with 2,033 square feet. There are three different floorplans in all.

Most residents at Admiralty Point come from the midwest. Though the building is nearing 30 years old, most units have been completely redone by the residents and are simply breathtaking. The condominium has recently installed new barbeque grills, both pools on the grounds have been refurbished with granite tops, a new west clubhouse has been built, the river rock is being replaced by non-slip tile, and new windows have been installed. As of 2008, major exterior renovations are being performed.

Security is provided by a gate, guard, and entry phone system. No pets. One rental a year allowed per unit, for a minimum term of 90 days.
