The bayfront Coquina Club's recently (as of 2008) completed renovations include new gates and railings, a resurfaced less slippery pool deck, and resealed blacktop. Nothing else is planned before the latter half of 2009 or 2010. Great bay views, a lovely pool and deck, and boat slips for purchase or lease. 56 out of 70 units come with covered parking spots - the rest are open. Two rentals maximum allowed per year, each for a period of at least 90 days. The Coquina Club community and resident manager Lisa are very friendly and welcoming!
