Gulf View Beach Club was built in 1971 and has been very well-maintained. It houses a very friendly community of mostly seasonal residents. This is a 55+ building. During recent years there has been a lot of turnover as current residents move on and new, younger 55+ folks move in. Pets are not allowed. Owners may rent once per year, for a minimum 90-day term.

Among the amenities are a beachfront pool, bike storage, and vehicle wash area. Recent improvements to Gulf View Beach Club include a redone entryway, new décor in the Sunset Room (community room), and remodeled, handicap-friendly elevator cars. New pavers are being installed in summer 2008.
