The Del Mar Club consists of two 7-story buildings located just a few hundred feet from the beach. While not waterfront, good gulf views can be had from many of the condominium's 83 residences. Amenities include a pool with cabana, community room, bike storage and vehicle wash. Beach access is just across the street, via Lowdermilk Park.

Since 2006, The building exteriors have been repainted, the patio resealed, new elevators built, and a new fire alarm system installed. Each unit has recently had hurricane glass installed and its balcony resealed. No pets allowed. One yearly rental is allowed, for a minimum of 90 days.
