The Carriage Club provides great Gulf views as it adjacent to Moorings Beach Park on the north side and it "sticks out" toward the beach further than its neighbors to the south. Parking is covered. No rentals.
In 2004, the building underwent balcony restoration, repainting and reroofing, and a new cooling tower was installed. New pavers have also recently been installed.
